Delta Engineering has been around since 1987. We are the original designers of the ALVA range of gas products (ALVA being made up out of the names of the founders of Delta Engineering - Alex and Val de Clerck). Under our company, Alva Marketing, we built the brand and watched 'our baby' grow into one of the most respected and challenging brands in the South African market. In 2006, we passed on the brand to professional marketers, Stingray Accessories, who have further expanded and extended the brand's market share.
The driving force behind Delta, Alva and now Kilgram-Chase is ALEX DE CLERCK, a man highly respected and recognised by many as one of the most experienced and innovative persons involved in the gas industry. He is a designer of gas products, a problem solver, someone who is looked to by other gas product importers and manufacturers to assist with their problems and help improve their ranges. He is very active within the gas industry controlling body, LPG Safety Association of South Africa (LPGSASA), as well as with the SA Bureau of Standards (SABS) in dealing with the standards that products have to adhere to (SANS). If you look at his credentials, who better to assist you with your requirement or problems?
Although we have changed direction product-wise, we still maintain our original approach to our clients and that is the personal touch. We pride ourselves on our reputation of personal service, directed at ensuring the client's total satisfaction with our products and our service.
